This project included the design and construction of a new water transmission line from the existing airport pumphouse to the existing water mains adjacent to the Grande Prairie Regional College
Some of the project highlights are:
- The installation of 2.2km of directional drilled 450mm HDPE pipe, 450mm fusible PVC pipe, and PVC DR-18 pipe that was installed by trenching
- Updating and modification of the existing pumphouse was required to accommodate the new transmission line and that design and supervision of that portion of the project was also undertaken by BASE
- The extents of the project were managed by BASE from Tender of the project, to design, to contract administration and progress payments
